Fun Bus = Genius
Addi recently attended her neighborhood BFF's 4th birthday party. Her parents opted to have the Fun Bus pay the kids a visit -- smart move, I say. The Fun Bus is an old school bus that has been stripped of seats and made into a kick ass play gym on wheels. For my money it doesn't get much better than loading all the kids into a well padded and supervised enclosure and shutting the door -- there are actually times that I dream such a room exists in my own house. All of the parents just got to hang around the front yard and chat. It was awesome! The kids loved it and the staff was really great -- they even played loud kid music the whole time.

After the party Addi, Maggie and their respective little siblings played in the front yard. As I was applying sun screen to the kids Maggie was sitting in a chair (they were playing princess and the chair was her throne) and I heard her say, "Addi, it is time to kiss your princess." Addi obliged and leaned in for a wet one. Then Maggie said, "No, a long kiss." Again, Addi obliged and leaned in for a long kiss. I just laughed because Addi loves to ask us to give her "long kisses" like grownups, but we try to explain to her that it isn't appropriate and we just give our daughters short kisses. I guess the girls have used their reasoning skills to deduce that no one ever told them that it was inappropriate to long kiss other kids! Plus Addi and Maggie are literally always kissing each other on the lips anyway, so it isn't that much of a stretch.

Um, I am pretty sure that the Fun Bus is the best thing I have ever heard of. I want one to come to our house! I wonder if they travel to the Mont? Seriously, best idea ever!
The last picture is so cute! I always forget that Addi is only 4 because she's acts so much older - till she's next to other little kiddo's.
