Play Time

It has been, well, gross at the Ickler house lately. I had strep throat, a cold virus and now conjunctivitis, and yesterday Addi was hit by a stomach bug and projectile vomited all over the house :( But at least I have some cute pics of the girls while we wait to get back to normal.

The other night Addi got dressed in her chef digs so she could help Brian make his famous chocolate chip cookies.

Lately Addi has been relishing in her role as big sister. Maren has been showing some incredible head strength, so it was time to break out some of the old baby toys. The second we put Maren in her little chair and jumpy swing Addi was right there to help. She loves to push, swing and bounce Maren -- all while talking to her in this insanely high-pitched little voice. It is absolutely adorable to see them playing and interacting with such intensity and joy.

Who knows if teeth are on the horizon or not, but Maren loves to chew and gum on her toys.
